The micro-bay. Your first four walls.
Under twelve hundred fifty square feet with a grade door, real power, and an address that isn’t your house. Unlike a storage unit, you’re allowed to work in it.

What it actually costs.
Micro-bay pricing depends on the park, bay and lease terms. Ask the Welcome Team for current availability and the written monthly quote for the space you need.
Request One United Price in writing: the lease structure, recurring charges, separate costs and scheduled increases for your bay before you sign.
The comparison that matters: a large climate storage unit in these markets runs $250 to 450/month, and you can’t legally work in it. A micro-bay is a space that earns.

Storage stores. A shop works.
We compete with storage units for this size class and we’re happy to say so out loud. If all you need is to put boxes somewhere, rent the storage unit, it’s cheaper and we’ll tell you that on the phone.
But if you’ve ever run an extension cord under a storage unit’s door, worked with a flashlight in a facility that prohibits exactly what you’re doing, or given a customer your home address because the business doesn’t have one, that’s the tell. You don’t need storage. You need the smallest real shop made: a door, a panel, a light, a lease that says go ahead.
And when the one truck becomes two, the bay next door is the cheapest expansion in commercial real estate.
Small-bays with drive-in doorsDo the homework. We already wrote it.
Micro-bay questions, answered straight.
No, and the lease is the proof. A storage unit’s agreement prohibits occupancy and work; a micro-bay is zoned and leased as workspace. Power tools, workbenches, inventory operations, customer pickups, all allowed on paper, not just tolerated until someone complains.
Live in it, and run uses the property isn’t permitted for, heavy auto work at some parks, anything hazardous everywhere. Ask us about your specific use before you tour and you’ll get a straight yes or no; the site-wide FAQ covers the common cases.
Ask the Welcome Team for current availability and a written monthly quote. Confirm the lease structure, recurring charges, separate costs and scheduled increases before signing.
Request a tour with the Welcome Team. They will confirm the available tour options, timing and application steps.
Tell the Welcome Team how your needs may change. Ask about expansion options and interest lists, subject to availability and lease terms; the graduation playbook helps you plan ahead.
