Who we are · what we answer to
A partner before we’re a landlord.
United Flex Parks is a privately held, operator-managed company that builds and runs small-bay flex parks in six states, because the people who make, fix, install, and haul things had nowhere honest to rent. We’d rather show you our standards than our adjectives.

Built because the trades had nowhere to go.
The businesses that keep every town running, the electricians, fabricators, detailers, resellers, gym owners, have been renting last: garages the family wants back, storage units that prohibit work, tired industrial space with boilerplate exclusions and mystery invoices. Meanwhile the country builds almost no new small-bay space at all: it’s 31% of industrial stock and about 7% of the construction pipeline.
United Flex Parks exists to be the other kind of landlord. We’re privately held and operator-managed, the people who set these standards run these buildings, and we grow two ways: building new parks like Somersworth from the dirt up (watch it happen), and buying working parks whose partners deserve better management than they’ve had.
Eight parks across six states today. Every one of them answers to the same three standards below, and to the gut check we hire against: would a 45-year-old electrician with four trucks find this useful, or close the tab?

| Room To Grow (The Quiet Fourth) | Tell us how your business may grow. The Welcome Team can discuss interest lists, adjacent space and renewal options; any expansion depends on availability and the agreed lease terms. | The reserve CTAs at every park; the graduation playbook |
Remote-managed. Not absent.
Our parks use a remote-management model. Contact the Welcome Team to arrange a tour and confirm the access, support and leasing steps available at that property. The team confirms a time and any entry instructions before your visit.
The trade funds what partners told us they care about: lower operating cost keeps rents honest, and the service budget goes to plowing, lighting, and fixing things rather than staffing a desk nobody visited. Before you sign, confirm how to report a problem and which service responsibilities belong to the park and to your business.
If you want to judge us by evidence: the board helps you explore space options, with current availability confirmed by the Welcome Team, the flight reels show the un-retouched properties, and the FAQ answers the questions most landlords dodge.
