Accessibility: the site should work for everyone.
The trades are not a monoculture and neither are the people who run them. We build this site toward WCAG 2.1 AA, we test it, and when something doesn’t work with your screen reader, keyboard, or eyes, we want to hear about it and we’ll fix it.
01Our commitment
United Flex Parks LLC is committed to making unitedflex.com usable by the widest possible audience, including people using assistive technology. Our target standard is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. This statement describes where we are honestly, a target and a practice, not a certification.

02What’s built in
- High-contrast palette checked against WCAG contrast ratios; text is real text, not images of text.
- Keyboard-reachable navigation and controls; visible focus; forms with labels.
- Motion respect: animations honor the prefers-reduced-motion setting.
- Responsive layout tested at 11 widths from 320px with no horizontal scrolling.
- Alternative text on informational imagery; decorative imagery marked as such.
- Structured headings, landmarks, and descriptive link text throughout.
03Known limitations (and the plan)
- Video captions: the drone films and Shop Talk episodes are being captioned as part of the production media pipeline; transcripts accompany episode pages.
- Third-party embeds (maps, application e-signature) inherit their vendors’ accessibility; we choose vendors with published accessibility support and pass issues through when found.
- PDF worksheets, when they ship, will be tagged for accessibility.
